What is Black Tea?
Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, yellow, white and green teas. It generally has a stronger flavor than the less oxidized teas.
Processing
The leaves are withered, rolled, fully oxidized, and then fired (dried). This complete oxidation process is what gives black tea its dark color and rich, complex flavor profile.
